Study of the Letovice railway station upgrading
Dorko, Patrik ; Sobotka, Lukáš (referee) ; Hruzíková, Miroslava (advisor)
The subject of the master’s thesis is to design a reconstruction of the Letovice railway station for access for persons with reduced mobility and orientation. The thesis deals with adjustment to the railway superstructure, substructure and drainage system of the station. Part of the thesis is explore the possibility of building a new railway stop.
Upgrading of Zruč nad Sázavou Railway Station
Hřib, Oldřich ; Pokorný, Ondřej (referee) ; Svoboda, Richard (advisor)
Primary objective of diploma thesis is design geometrical parameters of tracks at railway station Zruč nad Sázavou for three new platforms with acces options for paralyzed people and preservetion four railway tracks. Other objective is proposition of track drainage and reconstruction superstructure and substructure
Design of railway arched bridge across the I/33 roadway
Uher, Michal ; Nečesal, Petr (referee) ; Marván, David (advisor)
This master thesis content is alternative design of one span single-railed steel bridge. The bridge is located in km 44,179 on the track Jaroměř - Dvůr Králové. Crossing barrier is roadway I/33. The teoretical distance between supports is 42 m. Main bearing structure is designed as Langer beam. Structure consist of beams, arcs, suspenders, bridge deck with longitudinal and transversal bracings. Elements of the structure are made out of steel S355J2+N, S235J2+N, S355NL. The bridge is designed according to current standards ČSN EN.
Evaluation of the Trial Section for Under Sleeper Pads
Murínová, Klára ; Langer, Vojtěch (referee) ; Plášek, Otto (advisor)
Under sleeper pads (USP) are elastic pads on underneath surface of the sleeper. Their main advantage is reducing of stress in track bed, slowing down a deterioration of track quality, life extension of railway track and reducing life cycle cost. There are three trial track sections in the Czech Republic in which are USP used. The influence of the USP is continuously monitored. The bachelor thesis is focused on the Ústí nad Orlicí trial track section. This thesis describes measurements of the track level by the precise levelling method and measurements of the stress in track bed carried out in the 2016 and 2017 and their evaluation and comparison with previous measurements in the 2015.
MEASUREMENT OF DYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF TRACK GRID
Podolník, Adam ; Tomandl, Vladimír (referee) ; Smutný, Jaroslav (advisor)
Coupled with theory analyses, various static and dynamic tests carrying out in laboratory or directly on site serve as a basis for selection and comparison of particular rail superstructure parts. It should be noted that the theoretical analysis of the application of mathematical modeling is often based on highly idealized assumptions. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the experimental analysis of dynamic effects of selected flexible fastening structures without baseplates. Forces induced by the passage of trains have been simulated on a specially prepared samples using inertial exciter. Additional measurements of the dynamic response of structures to shock induced by a modal hammer were also performed. Measurements were performed in the laboratory of ÚPKO and ÚŽKS and in situ.
Vsetin - Velke Karlovice Railway Track Refurbishment (section between km 2.725 - 6.000 km) Including Track Laying Technology
Klar, Vít ; Hoza, Miroslav (referee) ; Říha, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of track geometry parameters and the reconstruction of the selected section of Vsetín – Velké Karlovice railway track’s superstructure. This reconstruction expands to further include the connection track to the Bečva branch. This proposal has been designed with the following objects in mind: railway stops Ústí u Vsetína and Janová, railway crossings, bridges, culverts, etc. Finally, this proposal addresses the restoration of drainage along the tracks and track laying technology. It should be noted, that all proposed adjustments are designed according to current regulations and legislation.
Railway Bridge
Jirkovská, Eva ; Straka,, Bohumil (referee) ; Buchta, Stanislav (advisor)
The thesis deals with design and static assessment of the steel railway bridge with a span 36,6 m. The bridge is located on the two-track corridor line Košice - Púchov. It consists of two bridge structures connected by a longitudinal expansion joint. The main construction consists of four solid welded beams mounted on steel calotte bearings. The bridge deck is the top with a tub for the track bed, which is continuous at the site of the bridge. Bridging the bridge is secured by a track bed and a horizontal and lateral truss bracing. On both sides of the bridge are pedestrian walkways with a width of 1,5 m.
Vsetin - Velke Karlovice Railway Track Refurbishment (section between km 17,000 - 19,950 km) Including Track Laying Technology
Kulich, Pavel ; Pokorný, Ondřej (referee) ; Říha, Tomáš (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis deals with design of permanent way and track geometry parameters of the selected section of Vsetín – Velké Karlovice railway track. The design should be considered primarily on existing objects such as railway crossings, culverts, railway stops, bridges , etc. Thesis includes restoration of drainage and track laying technology. It should be noted, that all proposed adjustments are designed according to current regulations and legislation.
Optimization of track section Holice - Borohrádek km 43.7 - 46.750
Provázek, Miloš ; Burda, Petr (referee) ; Plášek, Otto (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis is devoted to the optimization of track geometry parameters at the chosen track section and deals with increasing track speed up to maximum. The objective of Bachelor thesis is design of superstructure and a design of drainage renewal including working technology. The Bachelor thesis also deals with view conditions at level crossings.
Static verification and variant design of steel structure of railway bridge
Boček, Michal ; Melcher, Jindřich (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is static verification steel structure of exist railway bridge in accordance with the valid standards. The bridge have three simple spans with a span of 25; 98 and 25 meters, outer fields are simple beams, the middle field is the beam reinforced with an arch with vertical rods. Steel orthotropic deck with longitudinal stiffeners and crossbeams. Further were designed and analyse other possible options super structure of the middle field, and the resulting variant as a circle span with radial rods was detail solved and made documentation.
